Junior Kickboxing at Paradigm Martial Arts is where young students take their training to the next level. Designed for ages 7–15, these classes build on the foundations of martial arts while introducing more demanding drills, advanced techniques, and focused learning.

This is the stage where children start to refine their skills, grow stronger, and develop the discipline and mindset of a true martial artist. Every class is energetic, challenging, and rewarding, with a strong emphasis on progress and achievement.

 

💥 What Juniors Learn & Develop:

  • Solid kickboxing techniques: sharper punches, faster kicks, stronger combinations

  • Advanced pad work, bag drills, and controlled sparring (always in a safe environment)

  • Improved stamina, strength, and coordination through fitness challenges

Our experienced instructors tailor training to each child’s level, ensuring that beginners feel supported while more advanced students are constantly challenged. Juniors are encouraged to set goals, work hard, and celebrate their progress—whether that’s mastering a new technique, earning a belt, or stepping into their first sparring session.
